Portmizer Philippines Corporation, Cargotec’s sole distributor of Terminal handling equipment (KALMAR), will be adding new services in their existing service capabilities early next year. The aim is to provide a full range of services to effectively support the products and to boost the client’s potential to improve their business.

Our Service team will provide you with the reassurance that your machines deliver maximum uptime. We’ll be having two service levels to choose from: Basic Preventative Maintenance and Full Preventative Maintenance.
Basic Preventive Maintenance program – A trained Portmizer field representative will undertake a basic inspection and lubrication check of your machine and provide you with a written report and recommendations.This low cost option is ideally suited to smaller operations and includes the cost of time and travel. We provide you with the option of supplying your own parts or just paying for the parts used. You can also specify additional inspection items for us to check to suit your circumstances.
Full Preventive Maintenance program – A comprehensive inspection by a trained Portmizer field representative, providing a written report and recommendations including time, travel, service filters, lubricants and minor adjustments. Each option provides periodic equipment lubrication service inspection according to manufacturers recommendations and intervals, (or to meet your needs), and can be tailored to include service labour, parts and lubricants or just service inspection and report, as required.
